cold breakfast stale breakfast

the location was central. the staff seemed accommodating.

i was really let down by the breakfast. everything tasted cold. stale. the next-door "restaurant" provided an omelette. i seemed like my eight year old could have made a better one. the hotel really lacked oversight on a massive scale. i paid for a 5-star experience but got 3-star rates.

excellent stay

lovely room helpful staff

the classic double room was lovely, it had plenty of space. the staff were always helpful and courteous (i really appreciated their assistance). wonderful stay and an easy walk to local spots. i look forward to returning.

i found the breakfast options limited. there could be a greater variety, even though what was available was good. i hope they consider expanding the selection.

underwhelming stay

shower door bath products

I found a few issues . the front desk staff, apart from one really good person, struggled with simple requests such as steak frites recommendations. my room overlooked a wall. Other hotels i've stayed at had better views. the shower lacked a door and felt dark. Also the bath products advertised were not present. these things detracted from my experience.
